Please help! The following must exist somewhere:

Less than four hour flight
Room with separate kitchen and sitting area
Near the beach
Hotel pool which isn’t freezing
Restaurant at the hotel and other restaurants within walking distance
Ideally no more than 45 mins drive from the airport
Boutique and stylish - not a massive resort - but suitable for taking a two year old

The only things I’ve found which come close are Praia Verde Boutique Hotel in Portugal and Paradise Island Villas in Crete and we’ve stayed at both of those!

Thanks for your help.

Thanks Rice - have you stayed there?

Does it have to have a kitchen area? Would you consider all inclusive?

If so, try Gran Castillo Tagoro in Lanzarote

AI definitely not our type of thing. Thank you anyway!

Kitchenette is because my daughter is quite stuck in a routine (from nursery) of early lunch and very early dinner and can sometimes find it hard to stretch to more sociable mealtimes!! But we could cope without one.

Definitely need separate sitting area though so she can nap/sleep and we have somewhere to go.

www.hotelcaladifalco.com/en/residences/ Here in Sardinia. Stayed here when dd was a baby. Restaurants and beach within a 5 - 10 min stroll. Food at the hotel was lovely.

Thank you. Sardinia sounds nice.

What about looking at self catering resorts which are v close to town? Unlikely to have an on-site restaurant but very good for accommodating 2 year old routines / naps etc.

Sani in Greece. The Porto Sani has suits. Great kids facilities and if you book direct they transfer you from
The airport. It's about 50 mins.

I'd suggest Majorca. It's been a while since I have been but I think it was this place.

Thanks Fusion - would ideally like a restaurant so we don’t have to cook (beyond basic bits for my daughter) and we also really like the convenience of a hotel with the service etc... At Paradise Island in Crete they even went to the supermarket for us!

Thank you also sm40 - Sani looks lovely but really put off by resort feel and entertainment in the evening etc.
