Cycling holiday

I would love to take the kids 10 & 12 on an abroad cycling holiday. Somewhere warm but not boiling as will be riding. Dream of travelling from place to place and take minimal stuff with us. Does this exist or would it cost us a fortune?! Not this year but maybe next summer
