Please?!

We've moved relatively recently from t'other side of the world, and missed out on summer last year. . .

So we're wanting to do a villa holiday in Spain, for a week or so, in August.

Could anyone suggest some good sites or villa providers they recommend? We're very keen on Barcelona. And also - would you book flights first, then villa, or vice versa?

I'm sorry, I know this sounds so dumb! (Family of four, two girls, 13 and fifteen, if that helps)

Flights first as they are more limited than hotels or villas.

I love searching for bargain holidays whats your budget like are you flying from uk or ireland or where?

Let me know.

I use travel republic or alpha rooms or airbnb for accom and ryanair or aer lingus for flights.

Ill search for a decent holiday just let me know what country you're in!

You should find a villa you like and check availability then check flights then quickly book villa and then flights. Ie do them as close to simultaneous as possible but accomodation is more difficult so get it sorted first.

Thank you so much for your replies!

We're flying from the UK - London.

We really, really want to get a villa, preferably 3 bedrooms, with a pool.

Our budget? Wouldn't want to go above 2,000 pounds for 7 days for the villa. I don't really know what's expensive - I do know that we're all gagging for some blobbing in the sunshine, and one of the ways we convinced the kids to come over to the UK was because we'd be able to do cool holidays in Europe, lol, so we need to kinda make good on that promise. . .

Try www.homeaway.co.uk - I just put in a random week in August in Barcelona & there were a number at around £300 a night (& some cheaper Smile)

That's awesome, thank you so much! Smile
