Travelling to South Africa

Hi helpful mums,
For Easter we are flying out as a family, (me, dh and our dd) to Harare, Zimbabwe but then only myself and DD will fly to Johannesburg and then back to London...I know there are new rules about flying with children without both parents but the info online and given by SA embassy is confusing and haphazard to say the least! Can anyone give me a definitive answer based on experience of what paperwork I need in order to travel without DD's father?

Thanks but I’ve already read that and it actually doesn’t explain about the need for the affidavit when only one parent is travelling with the child, according to other sources we need a lot more than UK government website says...
