Any recommendations for Dublin rental apartment in August?

2 bedroom, within c.15 minutes walk of Temple Bar. Lots available but reviews are mixed - sounds like some of them are more suitable for 18 year old party animals who don't mind paper-thin walls and lots of noise!
Don't mind whether it's North or South of the river and doesn't have to large - but does have to be quiet and clean.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Sorry don't have any apartment recommendations, but would advise staying away from Temple Bar. It's a tourist trap for drunken stag and hen parties. No Irish go there. At least not the type you would like to encounter. Look for somewhere around Dublin 4.
