Thinking about Thailand, in warm season maybe jan/Feb 2020- what typically is the best airline to fly with for comfort/ price. Totally in the dark with long haul flights. We are 2 adults and 3 kids 15,12 and 10. Many thanks.

Qatar Airways are really good and their prices are reasonable. Gulf Air and Emirates are OK as well.

Thanks so much

We flew with Eva Air last year direct to Thailand, flight cost was reasonable and the economy seat was actually more comfortable (slightly bigger) than Cathy Pacific when we flew to Bali via Hong Kong.

Thai/Eva direct or Emirates/Qatar with a stop for me. But I would always choose to fly a380 that far as it’s just a more comfortable ride (IMO). Not a fan of Gulfair, Etihad are ok. Singapore are great, I like Malaysian too.
Depends who the deals are with really....

We flew Eva Air who were great. We actually flew back premium economy for not much more than an economy ticket with the more we’ll known airlines.

Aeroflot are brilliant, very new planes and very efficient staff, I have booked with them again for this year

@bitofabelly If I may ask, what is on your holiday itinerary?
