Holiday recommendations for Easter sun

I'm looking for a holiday during the Easter hols somewhere warm but without flying longer than 4 hrs as that would be more than enough time on a plane for ds 8 and dd 4. I'd really like a resort with lots of water sports (although this may be limited due to it being too early in the season). Alternatively sporty kids clubs would be great. Have looked at Ikos but not sure the weather on the mainland in Greece will be quite warm enough. Can anyone give me any advice/recommendations? 4/5 star resorts please lthx

Tenerife has Europe’s biggest water park (Siam park) and it’s amazing! You’ll also get very nice weather there in April. Costa Adeje is a really nice resort away from the nightlife but still has plenty of restaurants and a huge beach.

I’ve been to some of the Greek islands in april and got rainy weather but it was reasonably warm.

Lanzarote great at Easter, we went last year it was fantastic.

For water sports at Easter you might struggle to find somewhere within 4 hours' flying time. Have you looked at Cyprus? That might be warm enough, but the Med can be rainy in April. The Red Sea or Caribbean is probably your bet at that time of year.
