We love going to Turkey - Dalyan cos it's cheap, hot, lots to do with DS13 and DD15.

But we are a little bored of it. What similar destinations would meet our criteria?

Does it have to be Turkey but needs to be affordable.

You could try another part of Turkey. The Bodrum peninsula is beautiful.

Otherwise maybe Greece, we love Turkey but we have been to Kos, Corfu and Crete in the last few years and really enjoyed that too.

Croatia, Cyprus..although, what I don't like about them is that the beach is public
we prefer All Inc so I hate paying additionally for sun beds and such
Bulgaria - well, I don't know, it smells the Soviet Union, but lots to do with kids there
Egypt and Tunisia are cheap, that's true, but there are only 2 areas - hotel and desert, children might get bored

Most mums I know pick Turkey

If you like Dalyan but try Kalkan in Turkey, we loved both but think that Kalkan has the edge.

Never thought I’d like Turkey and for beach holidays had always gone for Greek Islands, Balerics, Italy, Canarie etc. Went to Dalyan 5 years ago and hands down it’s my favourite of the lot and find anywhere else in the Mediterranean a bit of a let down now!
