Autism/ Adhd / moderate learning difficulties days out

Looking for ideas of places to take my 7 year old very complex child. Lashes out unpredictable etc . Places that don’t get too busy

What about the local cinema?
Some do autism friendly events like special screenings of movies. It’s definitely worth contacting the cinema to find out. Alternatively you could also visit a swimming pool or spend a day at a museum or zoo.
Have a look online. Not sure where you are but have you ever heard of the Eden Project? It’s in Devon and is worth a visit if you love plants of all sorts.
