Ryanair cancelling flights

Hi,
Has this happened to anyone else? I booked flights from London to Vigo in May half term, and have received an email to say that Ryanair have cancelled the route due to a ' commercial review'
The email states I have the following choices:
Option 1

Full refund of all monies paid. To obtain a refund - click on the link below and complete the required information.

Refundd*

Option 2

Re-Book free of charge onto a Ryanair flight which departs from/arrives at another airport, please contact our Customer Service team (subject to opening hours) for further assistance.

Option 3
If you require rerouting options such as an alternative airline, train, bus or car hire, please contact our Customer Service team (subject to opening hours). If you avail of rerouting via an alternative airport, you will be entitled to a refund of the reasonable cost of transferring to that airport.

Also, if you avail of rerouting and, as a result incur expenses in respect of accommodation, meals or refreshments, you will be entitled to a refund of such reasonable expenses.

If you were notified of a flight cancellation more than 14 days in advance of the scheduled departure date or if there are extraordinary circumstances relating to your flight disruption, you are not entitled to EU 261 compensation (as opposed to expenses as detailed above).
I have tried emailing them and using live chat to get clarification on the above but no one seems to be able to help.
The only Ryanair flight to an airport reasonably nearby lands at midnight on the Saturday so we would lose a day of our holiday.

Looking at the email above do you think they will pay for us to flight easyJet instead? We would have to fly on the Friday instead, so I'm wondering if they will pay for a nights hotel? And a transfer as the airport is an hour away?

Any help much appreciated, I am going to keep trying to get answers from Ryanair but so far the customer service is non existent.

Many thanks
