It does not conform to any car seat standards do I wouldn't use it. The link itself says Note:It's just an auxiliary cushion. The main function is to fix the child, not to use it as a safety seat

Yeah and looks pretty flimsy - just been reading about them online. Think I'll go for a trunki backpack booster for my 5yo

We got an Urban Kanga portable car seat from Amazon. It conforms to all EU standards and we've been pleased with it.

Thanks for the replies - I've just bought a trunki backpack seat they look good and he can fill it with toys. Think we'll have to take one from home for 3yo
