I've googled it and discovered that 15 locations in 6 countries have US pre-war clearance including Ireland, Canada and Dubai. I know it reduces queues in America. Lovely. What I don't know, is why those particular places? You might think that larger ports would return a greater gain? For some reason, I need to know.
