Where do go - AI in Dec, family group.

It's my sister's birthday in Dec (a big one) & she wants us all to go away. Party will be parents (70s, fairly healthy but not too mobile can walk on flat surfaces but no hills), us (30s), DS (17mo by then), DSis & hubby, Dniece (19) & her boyfriend (19).

We want to go somewhere:

• Decent flight from UK (4-5 hours), can only do a week so don't want to be too far.
• Warm ish weather but doesn't need to be hot, ideally somewhere likely to be dry

For the hotel we need:

• All inclusive
• Apartments rather than just rooms (for us because of DS)
• Heated / indoor pool
• Places to walk to on the flat
• Family friendly restaurants in walking distance
• Things to do / see nearby if we need to entertain DS

We are thinking Cyprus (we regularly do Canaries but haven't ruled them out either). Has anyone got any other suggestions or hotel recommendations?
