See if there are any deals on with First Choice for their holiday villages. The one in Costa del Sol has a club for 3-8 year olds and another for 9-15 year olds. They’re free and open seven days a week in the summer.
Pool-wise, you’ve got three to pick from – an indoor one, a massive outdoor one, and a wave pool at the beach club next door.
There are lots of activities such as circus skills workshops, archery, tennis, snorkelling and crazy golf, plus a games arcade with foosball, air hockey etc...
There’s also a special area strictly for teenagers – and has plain bonkers stuff, like Water Walkerz and free Wi-Fi plus loads of places to hang out with friends.

I've got kids ranging from age 5 - 16. The last three years we have done the First Choice holiday villages. Lots to do for everyone and the kids clubs are included in the price and the activities that they do with the kids are really varied.

Teenagers have their own chill out zone. We've done three different holiday villages but this year the two eldest have really outgrown it so we're doing something different.

Holiday village Rhodes would fit but likely over budget. The Kos HV had free child places last week for school holidays too and it’s a nice hotel. Also look at the Magic Life properties if the kids are sporty. Does it have the be a land based holiday? A cruise would be perfect.

Cyprotel Hotel in Rhodes, look at 'on the beach' or the teletext websites for deals,

Terra Natura Benidorm like centre parks with zoo and water park

EnglishGirlApproximately · 10/02/2019 18:01

greentulips what’s Terra Natural like? I think DS would love it but I’m not convinced about Benidorm. We usually go AI to fairly quiet parts of Greece but I keep looking at this one.

Another vote for First Choice Holiday Village. We did Kos last year and it was nice. The Cyprus one is amazing but expensive.

I know you said Spain or Greece, but have you thought about Turkey? Similar age difference to you 5 and 12 when we went to Sunconnect Atlantique in Kusadasi if your kids like water park, it was fab ! Not sure of the cost as we went May half term.

Hi

It was further out of Benidorm but a daily bus could take you and pick you up free of charge

It’s quiet and so clean food was brilliant pools where small but not overly busy lovely detached well laid out chalets

We found Benidorm a bit ‘interesting’ the beach area was lovely but the bars full of drunk twenty somethings - shops were ok
The bus stops in 3 places so you can chose

The on-site mini bus drops you to the zoo and water park although you can walk straight into the zoo from the main square and walk down to the water park.

The food choice was good. Entertainment hit and miss but good choice of drinks.

There were two quieter bars near the pools and the kids were happy to swim late at night whilst we watched them

The small pool overlooked the elephants which was lovely

I would go again -don’t let Benidorm put you off! It’s nothing like the town.
