We've booked flights to Milan Malpensa for a week at the end of July. Thinking of staying near Lake Como - would welcome any suggestions on places to stay with DC (10 and 8). A place with a kitchenette would be great to give more flexibility. Tremezzo sounds a good area and maybe less expensive than Bellagio?
Are there any other places to consider, perhaps as a short stop on the way back to Milan for a couple of nights? Perhaps an agritourismo or somewhere with bikes?
Hoping some Italy experts may be able to recommend some places.
