Hi all,
Can you give me your best recommendations for eating out in Vegas please ?I know there are some great buffets to be had but hoping you can tell me about other restaurants too. Looking at mid price range preferably & not Chinese or indian. Thanks x

Sorry I've not been but I've heard great things about Wynn buffet and Peppermill so we are going there! And as your name is so fitting, we are going to Gilleys one night, no idea about food but I love country music!!

People always seem to rave about Mon Ami Gabi and Hell's Kitchen but not my kind of place.

Hi. The restaurant at Paris, Mon Ami Gabi, is fantastic. Ask for an outside table and you have great views of the Bellagio fountains. Oh, and the French onion soup there is amazing!!

Yardbird southern food at the Venetian is amazing for brunch.

Peppermill is a must do for the history and vibe.

Ocean One bar and grill is a bargain at lunchtime. $5 per meal (I had a delicious mahi mahi burger) and beers and cocktails are all three for $10. It's in the Miracle Mile shopping by Planet Hollywood. Full price in the evening.

Join Groupon Las Vegas too, we got buffet at the flamingo for a good price.

Hash House a Go Go in the Linq casino is worth a visit but you should only go there if you are really hungry due to the massive portion sizes. They are open 24/7

Nacho daddy is pretty tasty.

I like Bobbie's burger palace for a casual bite. It's order at counter then served at seat or Holsteins in Cosmo or Burgr in planet ho.

Virgil's bbq in the linq corridor is nice too, they have bands playing some nights too.

Some of the fancier places have great happy hour offers where you can get a bunch of appetisers at reduced prices.

Second the french place went for my nieces 21st had a table with a view of the fountains really lovely
Lots of other options as well - Cheesecake Factory is casual but v nice.
Buffet at caesars palace we still reminisce about 3 years later
Also we went to see Elton John in Caesar palace I booked from here was only about £30 each and compared to the 02 it tiny and felt really intimate - come on who can resist tiny dancer!,,
