Ibiza - quiet / scenic (for us) and great for teenagers?

Is there such a place?

Any hotel or resort recommendations please. This is only the 2nd time the kids have flown abroad. They’re 14 and 15. No good beaches/pools but also scenic and interesting for us to explore

San Antonia bay?

O4FS · 18/01/2019 22:35

That’s San Antonio bay - sorry.

I think they're a bit young for San Antonio bay and the beaches there aren't good at all.

I would try the east coast.

We stayed in Santa Eulalia last year (just me and DH) it has a lovely little marina with lots of small bars and restaurants.

it was a few mins drive from Nikki Beach (a beach club) they do cabanas to hire and a brunch/drinks package. We spent a day there and there was a real mix of couples, groups and families.

We also did a night at cafe del mar to watch the sunset and spent an equal amount of time people watching the clubbers on their way. Again it was a wide mix of people.

We did visit one of the hippy markets (las dallias - I think) but we did an evening visit. It was a lovely chilled evening wandering round the market. There were plenty of food stalls there, as well as bar stalls offering cocktails and beer (and soft drinks) and live music.

We'd gladly go back again

Playa D’en Bossa- the longest beach and next to the water park. Shortest transfer to the airport too.

Thank you for your help

Cala Llonga which is near Santa Eulalia mentioned by a PP or Portinatx near the top of the island

Have been to both as teenagers and now as an adult with my toddler DS and I would thoroughly recommend

There’s a nice hotel in Cala Llonga, called the Palladium, it’s advertised as adults only, but they accept teens 14 years plus. The entertainment crew are great. The beach is also lovely & some nights there is a market along the beachfront. We also got the little train to the hippy market & a taxi into Ibiza town cheap enough.

Try Ibiza Town or Santa Eulalia for sure.

not Playa D'en Bossa for teens. Ive stayed there and its very clubby and lively at night.
