April get away

Hi we would love a week in April cutting it fine to book somewhere I know
We have a 12 year old and prefer to be near the beach , restaurants and shops
We’ve been to Gran Canaria a few times is there anywhere else short haul from London that is 21c+ in April ? Thankyou

The flight time to Agadir in Marrakech is about an hour quicker and temperature are the same. The two Riu Tikida hotels are well placed for the beach, restaurants and shops, but I think a 12 year old would prefer Labranda Les Dunes Dor for the waterslides and the fact that the family rooms are made up of two separate bedrooms. It's within walking distance of the centre of Agadir.

We went to Sicily early last April. Stayed in an air band b in taormina.
It was really hot in the day but needed coats in the evening.
Their is a beach part that was lovely we waded out across a causeway
It was a wonderful and interesting break.

Valencia which is on Spain's southeastern coast fits the bill. It is a city with a beach attached and a national park nearby.

Not short haul but there are some good deals to UAE and Cape Verde if you don't mind travelling a little longer for the guaranteed weather?

Cyprus is around that temp then - when we went it was a bit borderline on using outdoor pools, fine if swimming but not if standing around. We went with First Choice to their Holiday Village there.

I went to Grenada in April and it was mid to high 20's but it was inland southern Spain. You'll get comfortable, warm weather in Southern Spain at Easter, go in the summer & it's scorching.
