Menorca

We are looking for a beach holiday for myself, my husband and 2 children aged 7&9. We have a budget of about £2000. I’m particularly interested in your recommendations for Menorca please. We like a nice sandy beach and a pool. Apart from that ideally it would be too busy, a big ask I guess as we will be going in August. Looking forward to hearing your ideas. Thanks.

Beaches are great at Santo TOmas and Son Bou. Lots of apartment complexes with pools. Quiet and family friendly.

Anywhere in Menorca is lovely imo. It has none of the high rise, over touristy areas like other parts of spain. We stayed in a tiny village in an old farmhouse with pool in Trebeluger, near Es Castell and went to the harbour for dinner most nights. But we did have a car.
