Neilson beachclub holiday or similar

We are looking to book our first ever resort type holiday for May half term this year. Me, DH, DD8 and DS5.

I want to swim, sunbathe and maybe do some watersports, DH wants to cycle/mountain bike/maybe have a go at climbing. Kids both active and like joining in.

I have been looking at Messini in Greece with Neilson, but at £4500 for a week it is right at the top of our budget.

Is there any way of getting this price down, or any cheaper alternatives? Or do we just need to suck it up?!

Also, any experiences of these types of holidays very much appreciated!

Interested too. Have been looking but shocked at how expensive they are. Maybe I'm out of touch.

I've set a travel agent on finding us a holiday to cater for two DSs who don't like to sit in the sun but want to be active. Looking forward to her recommendations but feeling like the budget won't come southwards!
