Has anyone been? I’m currently looking at booking for October week with dd’s 7 and 2. It’ll be their first time abroad hopefully so I’m hoping transfers etc won’t be horrific.

One in particular? Are you asking for recommendation or advice? We went to pirates village- more a hotel than a village but was great for the kids. My friend went to insotel cala mandia twice and loved it but we couldn't afford it in school hols

Not been to a holiday Village they seem very expensive for what they are and the samey tasting buffet food would drive me nuts.
Look at reviews on Trip Adviser over the July/Aug periods.

Duplex rooms are amazing...
I’ve been to several HV and it’s my favourite

I've been to the Turkey and Majorca Holiday Village. They are great especially for kids - so many activities to keep them entertained. The food is great too, and the Majorca one has a couple of a la carte restaurants which were good. The transfer for Majorca wasn't bad, I think about 40 mins?
