Has anyone been? Which areas are good? Is it good for a family with dc age 6-14?

We went to Paphos in 2015. Our DDs were aged around 20, 16 and 13. The port is good, with a nice long strip of bars, restaurants and shops overlooking the sea.

Coral Bay lovely too. Sea very calm and warm there, though you need flip flops to cross the sand as the sun makes it very hot on your feet.

i love protaras, the beach is lovely with loads of watersports and lots of bars and resturants
theres a waterpark in ayia napa thats one of the best ive been to and the bus from protaras takes you right there

paphos is good but a lot of the hotels are a bit more spread out and the beaches arent that great imo unless you go further up to coral bay where i belive they are a lot nicer
