Where is cheap in March?

Looking to do a quick long haul due to time restraints in March. A week or 10 days preferably.

Where is worth going to for a week, we like the beach, vineyards, warmth, culture. and history. A mix of relaxing and culture usually.

Cape Town and the wine lands. It’s not exactly cheap but it’s good value with the £/rand exchange rate. Has everything you want! Just right for 10 days too!
