Look at the different country websites for Disneyland as the prices can vary quite a lot between U.K., Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands etc especially with different holiday periods. We don't live in the U.K. but booked through the U.K. site as the dates we wanted were outside U.K. school holidays so cheaper than if we had booked through our own country website as it was school holiday period for that country.

Go off peak so check other European holidays, ie Spain, France and Germany. I agree also with the post above.

I work term time so can't control the exact times that we go. Just didn't know if it was cheaper to fly or get Eurostar etc

Go on Disney face book pages etc.
If you yiu can return in the year without a doubt go annual pass, stay off site, self cater a bit, forget meal plans and all that smaltz. We had a magic plus and it's been brilliant.
