Sunny European beach holiday in October?

Looking at going away start of October with DH, 3 year old DS and (currently in the womb) 5 month old DS.

Anyone been away to the likes of Majorca, Gran Canaria, Algarve etc in October and had nice sunny weather with little chance of rain? Not looking for anything too hot with the kids.

Went this October half term to Gran Canaria and the weather was lovely 25 deg and up.Tried mainland Spain and Tenerife before at that time of year and its been fine ,no rain ,but nowhere near as nice as GC. Southern resorts are the hottest ,Maspolomas / Meloneras/ Puerto Rico .

I have been Malta - cold
Canaries - great

Not Europe but Morocco water park cheap and really warm
