How to book this combination of rooms

I’m a bit stumped. None of the online travel agents seem to allow this combination.
We want all inclusive with a 2 bedroom apartment or 2 interconnecting rooms for me, DP, 7yo and 9yo. And another separate room for a 12yo and 17yo. No one will let me book a room without an adult and very few have apartments. I guess interconnecting is easier to find but that requires 3 rooms which needs 3 adults.
Do I have to go to a travel agent?

Do you think you could just class the 17yo as an adult and book the room that way?

I am not sure if they will really check the ages of your guests when you reach your destination?

So basically book it as adults to get the rooms you need, but just put the 12 and 17 yo in the rooms when you arrive. You could always say it was meant to be an adult coming but they couldn't come after all so the others came instead.

Don’t hotels usually check passports when you arrive?
I’m struggling to find interconnecting rooms as well. Maybe I’ve left it too late.

Book the apartment/interconnecting rooms with one adult and three kids and the separate room with the second adult and remaining child.

No one is going to check who sleeps where

I can’t seem to book interconnecting rooms. I have to book 2 rooms and then request interconnecting ones plus book an extra room. But I can’t book 3 rooms without 3 adults. I guess I need to speak to someone rather than rely on an online booking.

Do you need 3 rooms in total? Is 17 year old not classed as an adult?
Can you not get 1 2 bed apt and then a 1 bed? If you really need an adult in every room- even interconnecting rooms then you may need to look at another hotel.

I don’t think the hotels require 1 adult per room but the holiday booking sites like first choice and jet2holidays do.
