Sardinia Accommodation Recommendations

Hi - can anyone recommend a hotel/resort/apartment in Sardinia for 2 adults and 1 x 16 year old? Ideally a 2 bedroom apartment but open to all thoughts!

Have you had a look on Airbnb?? We are staying in a 2 bed apartment in Palau next year.

Thanks Sassparillia - I have been having a look and there seems to be some nice places. Maybe I should pursue that - is Palau a good base? We've never been before.

We have had a number of holidays with the Delphinia hotel group in the Costa Smerelda. Earlier this year we did the Roulette option (you don't know which hotel you will be allocated until a few days before). The level of service is very good. We have travelled as a couple. They do have some apartments set in parkland by a beach. These are near one of the hotels, so you can use the restaurant or join the boat trips etc.

I should add we have only stayed in the hotels, so I haven't seen the apartments.

Hope you find something. We have also stayed at Villa Las Tronas in Alghero, which is also 5 star, it has a great location and good service but has a more formal atmosphere, especially for dinner.

We loved this place Ca’la Somara - it is a bit rustic and you need to rent a car but it was perfect for us.
