Hi,
Any ideas for a cheap week at the end of August before my three start school? I am always looking for something different! Tried several cottage holidays, but I am thinking of somewhere with more facilities for the children, where we could get a break. Husband hates holiday parks! Could go to France as we get free ferry travel. Budget of £250 for the week! Been thinking of The Isle of Wight, any ideas?

Try Chez Nous, they have a website somewhere. They list all the accommodation to rent in France and you deal directly with the owners, not some company. They will also list all the child friendly places and the facilities on offer. You are only paying for the accommodation, there is no middle man, so it works out very cheap and as you are not paying for your ferry, you should easily get somewhere for less than £250.
