Best New York guide book recommendations please.

I love a guide book and going for a week with teens. Got loads out from the library but need to buy my own.

Quite liked the DK family guide for layout but more suited to younger kids.

Any recommendations?

I recommend Lonely Planet too. We find restaurant recommendations and info about what to do is spot on - I have a whole library of them!
