Europe AI but with choice of restaurants

Looking for ideas for a summer holiday in Europe, all inclusive but with a choice of restaurants (not just the 1 buffet place). 2 adults and 2 teens (14 & 17). On the beach but with lagoon style pool, swim up bar would be good … anyone got any recommendations ?

TUI Sensatori Tenerife has a vast choice of restaurants - I think there are about 10! Riu Parasio Lanzarote has a swim up bar but not so many restaurants.

There are dozens of All Inclusive Hotels that have multiple restaurants.
From The 5* Hard Rock Hotel in Tenerife (11 restaurants) to the Dreams Resort in Dominican Republic (17 bars and restaurants), the Minoa Palace Resort (Crete) that has 8 bars and restaurants.
It very much depends on the time of year and budget. .
If you have an idea of where you'd like to go, I'll recommend my favourite ones! :-)

Atlantica hotels in Greece and Cyprus would fit the bill. Lots of restaurants.

The Agean Blue in Rhodes also has a swim up bar!

Sorry for jumping in I have same similar requirements slightly younger teenagers. But would need a double bed in room and two single beds for the DC as different sexes. Thinking of Europe last two weeks or 10 days in August can this be done somewhere decent for 3 1/2 - 4K budget? Not usually an AI fan but need facilities to keep the DC entertained. Ideal if some organised activities for DC to join in like water polo water basketball or something if this exists and nice restaurants for us?
