Just stayed at www.thornleacottage.co.uk - the property is bungalow, sleeps 8. But if you have less than five adults you get a discount on the hire rate. We went with DD 8 months, grandparents and ourselves (me and DH).
They have free farm safaris so the kids can meet the sheep and goats and you get to feed the pet sheep rich tea biscuits.
Quiet, out of the way location but quite close to several zoos and events and Coombe Martin beach is very nice (as is Croyde actually - Ilfracombe being a bit of a pull for the older crowd).
Parking for up to four cars (three on drive, one in garage) too.
