Received an email from Tui to say our flight has been cancelled for a holiday 7 months away as a nessesary change and will not be flying out of the same airport. Please see below.
Does anyone know where we stand on getting refunded ? There are 8 of us some going for a week some going for a fortnight and important dates either side so we cannot go on a different date even if we wanted too
There are a number of flights to your destination from other UK airports which you can amend to without incurring the amendment fees. This is providing that your selected flight departs four days either side of your original departure date and your original accommodation and room type is available. Please note, we will take into account the original package price that you have paid and on this occasion we will be covering the additional cost or refunding the difference in holiday costs to yourself subject to the above criteria.
