Hilton Honours for dummies please?!

Please help..anyone in the know. I am trying to book Hilton Times Square. Haven't stayed in a Hilton before but I signed up so as I effectively a Member? With no points I assume. What rate do I select from the following picture? Slightly confused here...is their direct site there best rate available?

Basically the more nights you stay in their hotel group (and there are quite a large number of chains that fall under the Hilton group) per year the more benefits you overall receive. At the present time as a Member you are on their lowest tier.

I would log into Hilton's website using your numerical Hilton Honors number and password and pick the cheapest option.
