Corfu or Ibiza for first family holiday with 4 year old?

I'm posting for my sister who isn't on here and currently facing a dilemma...

She is hoping to book their first family holiday abroad and has found a couple she likes the look of - one in Corfu and one in Ibiza. Does anyone have experience of either (or both?!) that might help her to make up her mind?

Things she needs to consider:
*Her 4 year old DS has never flown before
*He also has a health condition so they'd like to be somewhere that's got decent health care (he's very stable right now so they're really hoping they won't need it but it would be reassuring to know they can access it should they need to)
*The holidays they're looking at are both with Tui - the Ibiza resort is being renovated and it's due to be finished in May (when they're planning to go).

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

Ibiza for health care I would imagine. As it's Spain and not Greece and closer to home. Corfu is lovely, we enjoyed our holiday there when daughter was small. But went out of season and travelled the island. Only health care experience was a pharmacy, which was fine.

Spain is shorter flight but I'd always opt for Greece for a easy family holiday. I've just had better experiences in Corfu/Greek islands than anywhere in Spain, I prefer the food, and nowhere near as insanely busy. Spanish airports have been largely the cause of my hair turning grey. Maybe I've been unlucky but there's always been a strike on and no one to help!

Thanks for this.
I'll pass this on to me sister.
