all inclusive package holidays.... should we go there?

i have never been on a package holiday before but husband and i are wondering (after a frankly shitty few months) if it would not, in fact, be quite nice to let someone else worry about how we get to our accommodation from the airport and so on.

however, i dread staying somewhere full of 19 year old lager louts having pints for breakfast with their "full english, thanks love" when it's 35 degrees outside.

just fancy the thought of a quietish, blobby holiday with swimming pool, a beach, a pile of books, some local food and culture without having to do the dishes or venture into the supermercado. am wondering about greece or turkey.

can anyone suggest a company that might suit us? am glad for any tips!

We have been looking at all inclusive hols. There is Hotel Marina/Skorpios in Cala Egos, majorca. All the review sites I have looked at have given it at least 8/10 for food, location, cleanliness etc. Seems to be great place for kids and is located right on the beach
