Hi peeps, just had a penalty notice through for taking DS (7) out of school early last July, it was not authorised so was expecting it to be fair, but to receive it over 4 months after it happened seems pretty rubbish, I've had a look at the legislation and can't seen to find out anything regarding time scales that they should be sent by, can anyone help ????
