disneyparis Hotel Cheyenne or Sequoia Lodge, can't decide!!

Hi,

I going to Disneyparis with my 4 year old ds in March 08, will be the first time i've taken him on hol and worried about going solo, so firstly if anyone's taken their young child on holiday alone, please reassure me its a good idea!! Also not sure how long we need to stay, would 3 nights, 4 days be too long, or allow us enough time to see everything?

I can't decide between Sequoia Lodge which has a pool and would be a major plus factor for ds, but with all the fun at the parks, would we even have time for swimming??

Or Hotel Cheyenne which has pony rides, also major plus factor, but surely we could walk over to Sequoia Lodge for a pony ride if ds wants too?

So please share experiences of either of these hotels. Never been to either disneyland's before, so no idea what i'm letting myself in for!

Sequoia Lodge. I stayed in Santa Fe (pretty dross and Cheyenne was next door and not hugely better) Friends stayed at sequoia lodge and they loved it.

I have taken my ds on holiday on my own and we loved it. Went to DLP with dp and ds. At the end of day ds was shattered and so were we 3 nights and 4 days is about perfect imo. Best to try and do all the big rides on weekdays as gets busy at weekend.

sorry went to bed last night ds was 4 when we first went away on our own together. Went to a haven holiday site in cornwall. It was great.

Dlp with ds in feb just gone and it wasnt too busy due to time of year. A day of rain but we wore rain coats. They also had an outdoor ice rink which was fun too.
