Holiday camp in Europe by public transport?

Can anyone recommend a holiday village (similar to Landal / Eurocamp / Center Parcs) in Europe that is;
a) accessible by public transport
b) near a city / cultural attractions (happy to travel up to 1.5 hour by public transport to get to these).

La Croix de Vieux Pont is an excellent holiday park and has a coach which leaves the campsite direct for Paris quite early in the morning and then returns in the evening.

Camping Le Chene Gris is another nice park with very easy train access to central Paris.
Alternatively, Bella Italia campsite (Eurocamp) near the Italian lakes has pretty good train access to Milan, Venice and Verona. The campsite also runs coach excursions to nearby attractions and landmarks.

Camping Village Fabulous, Rome.
We flew in, about 20km from the airport, with busses back into Rome. Beach nearby.

Camping Del Garda. Fly to Verona and get the bus to Peschiera. Or get the train to Venice or Milan. No car needed.
