Travel insurance recommendations

Need to renew family annual travel insurance. There is such a disparity in terms of premiums, it's very confusing! Do you recommend your provider?

Particularly interested in hearing from people who have had actually had to claim.

I use LV. I have claimed on the policy and they were great.

I have a Campbell Irvine policy that covers adventure holidays. Never had to claim on it though though i had to phone their helpline when DS was having health issues last year and they were very helpful.
