Anyone had a pamper break? Where and what did you do?

I'm feeling in need of a break and some pampering. Not sure where to go or to start. Don't have a huge amount of money to spend on one but don't mind paying that little bit more if it's going to make me feel like I've had a break. Thinking about somewhere in UK - preferably quite close to where I live in Southern England. Might even consider doing it as a birthday pressie to DH in August cos I know he's tired too and it would do us both the world of good.
TIA x

Check out Center Parcs Aqua Sana pamper days/weekend breaks. A pamper day starts at £70 pp and includes about 3 1/2 hours in the amazing spa and complete access day pass to the rest of the CP village. It's on their website.

Careys Manor in Brockenhurst (New Forest) is lovely. They have a spa there too.
