where is warm in Feb half term?

Any ideas please? I'm guessing by that point I may need some sun. Not necessarily hot hot but low 20s and warm would be nice.

No where really in Europe. The Middle East would be good. Look at Abu Dhabi Muscat Dubai etc

The Canaries can be nice in February, low 20s but short daylight hours and cool at night. You could be unlucky and have some rainy / cloudy days though.
Some areas are better than others, I'd recommend Southern Tenerife and avoid Fuerteventura in Feb.
