Tenerife hotel - family friendly, range of food, gym?

Looking for recommendations for a good hotel - we need family friendly (4 year old and toddler), good range of places to eat (family member with coeliac disease and a vegan), and a good gym.

Any suggestions on hotels or areas? Hoping to avoid loud bars and clubs, looking for a quieter family area.

Sensatori, Iberostar Las Dalias and Be Live Playa La Arena would all be good choices.
