Moreton in Marsh

Thinking of taking my boys to meet a friend in moreton in March one weekend via the train. Is there stuff to do with them there? Nice family place for lunch? Park? Walks?

Batsford arboretum is very close for lunch and walks. There’s a playground short walk from the station.

There is a small park up towards budgens/the bridge.
Lots of lovely cafes. It's quite nice having a mooch about.

Batsford arboretum is worth a visit. It's v v close (5-10 mind drive) and at this time of year is stunning. I may even venture there this weekend with my own DC.

I'm going by train so won't be able to get to the arboretum unfortunately. It's a toss up between meeting in Birmingham or here
