Holiday France Direct, they used to give a discount on ferry bookings too if you booked a gite through them, not sure if it still applies.

Holiday France Direct give a 20% discount on Ferries if you book through them.
No hidden booking charges either, unlike a lot of the others.

Got most from TripAdvisor last few years.

Sawday's Special Places to Stay is a nice one, with options for all different budgets.
