Hi Morgan,
It depends on where you're planning on skiing - if its the New York area, the season starts to peter out towards the end of March / early April.
Here are a couple of options:
Beartown, Beekmantown (NE) • 25 skiable acres on 150' vertical. Specs: 2 Lifts: 1 t-bar, 1 poma. Terrain Mix: Novice to easy Intermediate. Longest Run: 1,200'. Season: December through March (?) Th-Sun plus school holidays. Night skiing Th-F. Annual Snowfall: 100".
Belleayre, Highmount (Catskills) • 171 skiable acres on 1404' vertical
view of belleayre ski resort. Specs: Summit elevation: 3429'; Base elevation: 2025'. 8 Lifts: 2 quads, 1 triple, 2 doubles, 3 handle tows. Uphill Capacity: 10,980/hr. Terrain Mix: 21-62-17. Longest Run: 12,024'. Season: usually November through early April. Annual Snowfall: 141".
So if you wanted a better experience, you'd have to try Canada or if in the USA, then Mt Bachelor (Oregon), the Araphoe Basin (Colorado) or around Killington (Vermont), where you get some real hard core party people from Boston skiing well into May!
Are you committed to that part of the USA or can you further west / north?
