Security chain for phone?

Does such a thing exist? Going somewhere well-known for pickpockets and want to be able to use phones for pics, maps etc, yet keep it secure at the same time. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am using Trackimo to keep my things safe all the time. You can easily track your valuable things because, it gives you a real-time update.

Thanks Paul, but I was after something that we could all use when out and about. Apparently they exist but I just don't know what they are called.

Honestly the best advice is just store it somewhere safe, in front of you and be aware of your surroundings. I've travelled to and lived in many of the famous 'pickpocket' areas, but never had a thing stolen or even attempted. Just don't wander around distracted and clueless, and definitely don't put things on table tops when you are sat down.
