What water do we use??

We are traveling to spain in October and need advice on what water to use for his bottles. Im told to check the sodium content but no idea wjat is high and was is a safe level. Plz help 🤯

It should have less that 250mg NaCl per litre, less than 250mg SO4 per litre and less than 11 parts per million of fluoride.

Nearly all bottled water you buy from the shop in Spain will be less than the required levels stated above but just double check before you buy.
