corsica with creche?

Hi - Can anyone recommend a good hotel in Corsica which has a creche. My ds is 2. Looking for something near the beach, that is 4or5 star. Would consider other places in the med too of similar standard. But can't do more than a 3 hour flight without going mad

thanks - have you been to these hotels. I went to a club med in Italy last year - great facilities but the rooms were tiny.... just wondered if they were all the same??

Sorry, can't help, I just know they are there. We are off to www.villapia.com in Sep, no childcare as such but hopefully other children around for DS to play with.
