We choose not to pay for seats but just check in as early as possible when the free seats become available to get seats together. Does anyone know when they open them with easyJet? Haven't been with easyJet for a while so not sure when to check in

It's 28 or 30 days. I am already checked in for flying out end of October. Free seats and all seated together for all 5 of us.

Check in opens a month before departure. I checked in last week for a 1/2 term flight.

Thanks very much- Check in is open, I fly in 15 days. But I can't check in without paying currently/ is that right?

You shouldn't have to pay to check in. Just login to your account and click the check in button and it should produce your boarding passes. You won't get to choose your seats they will just allocate them

It's a month. No need to pay. Just check in and choose your seats.

GemmaB78 · 06/10/2018 08:32

Oh, and you can choose your seats. EasyJet don't allocate them.

Grin Ok I was completely wrong, sorry Op!! Have a lovely holiday Smile

I misunderstood this as free flights! I was very overexcited / upset that I've been paying for my flights all these years when I could have just chosen not to pay! And that so many people seemed to know this and be so blasé about it!
