So I'm finally changing my job and I've timed it so I have a week in between. So lovely DH gave me a budget as an anniversary present and I've booked us Mon-Fri 22-26 October in Santa Eulalia.
Too late and too old for clubbing but we love guided walks. Going to take a bus to the hippie market if it's on.
Any advice on what to do and where to go. Never been before and a lot of the online resort calendars don't seen to have much on for that week. We're half board so not worried about dinners out.
TIA

Hire a car. Driving over there is super easy.
If you like a good walk, lovely view and a bit of history head for Eivissa and have a walk around the fort there.

And if you get chance a ferry trip to Formentera is a really nice day out. The beaches there are beautiful and much quieter than the main island.

Bear in mind that it will be half term in some parts of the UK, so it will be busier than you might expect.

A day trip to Formentera is definitely worth doing. It's stunning there, we hired bikes and cycled round the island (it's very flat so even me who hadn't been on a bike for years managed) for a few hours before getting the ferry back or there is a bus that goes between the main beaches.

A walk round Ibiza old town and the castle is great too, and there's some lovely restaurants to eat at.

The public transport is really good so we didn't bother hiring a car, just got the bus everywhere (was €2 each from Ibiza to San Antonio).

Thanks. We're not getting a car and I'm lethal on a bike. Grin
We'll probably stick to public transport as it's so cheap.
Thanks for the ideas

Look up Travel Man on Channel 4 - that included Ibiza a couple of weeks ago. There was some standing stones and they visited the Beach Club where Wham's Club Tropicana was filmed. I don't know if you can pay for the day or something but that might be a special way to spend an afternoon.
